The appartment was realy amazing and in a good location, plus the staff was realy helpful and respective.

The Breakfast was more then poor, I didn't like the continantal breakfast at all. The 'gym' is very small and there is not enough excersices machines.

Having a mini-kitchen in the room was super convenient 🍳. There were enough rooms for everyone to stay comfortably. Plus, this place is just a short walk away from lot 10!

It looks brand new (2010). It is an apartment - lounge (with big Kitchen), dining table, Big bedroom, and huge bathroom with washing machine. Very secure building. Good pool on roof. Breakfast at little cafe in building - good but small unchanging menu. Overall very good. Right in the centre of KL. 1 min walk to mian centre at Bukhit Bintang/Lot 10 etc

The location of this hotel is exceptional, with its close proximity to all major shopping malls, such as Sungei Wang and Pavilion. It's the perfect base for shopping enthusiasts. the rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. the staff are helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. it's a great value for money option for families, offering comfortable accommodations and easy access to city attractions.

The breakfast variety and service could be improved.

The premier apartment (we were upgraded) was fabulous. Loads of space, fully equipt kitchen, breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers and a fab balcony. An easy walk to the Starwood Gallery and Bukit Bintang Shopping Mall, and just a short cab ride to Chinatown etc. We could have stayed here for much longer and will be back. So much space for a very reasonable sum of money.

The location is a bit of a culture shock as surrounded by pretty grubby street restaurants, but once you turn the corner it is great and feels very safe to walk about at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being in the shopping district. We loved how close it was to the Bintang shopping area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were helpful in assisting us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We appreciated the in-room safe and dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils were also convenient for our stay. The television and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment, and the parquet floor gave the room a luxurious feel. We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant.

I thank God I lived on the availability of accommodation in which I and my family, a good family hotel

the hotel check-in staff was rude. The deco in the room is cheap and broken down like the cabinets. The corridor looks dirty.

The apartments were well-equipped with the necessary amenities that allowed for a comfortable stay. the location was convenient and easily accessible, with major malls and attractions nearby. the rooftop pool offered a gorgeous view of the surroundings, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day of activities.

The check-in process can be improved, as the staff was not very welcoming or accommodating. the apartments were not cleaned on a daily basis, and there was a lack of towels or linen provided.

The locationis excellent it can not be better than this right in the centre of everything, the view from the room is very good of Petronas tower. The staff isfriendly clealiness is of high standard inspite being an apartment the queries are handled immidiately. We enjoyed it and recommendit for everyone.

Very bad staff the will take anything you will forget while the cleaning and they will also charge you for something you will never see in the room while you check out, bad and dirty resturant for breakfast and there is only 9 tables for the guest for more than 100 person at least so you will not enjoy anything on this bad hotel by the way you can not understand why they rate it as 5 star hotel its not more than 3 star .. most to be deleted from Booked.net

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, being close to some big shopping malls. The hotel is situated right next to a big shopping center, making it easy to find food and other amenities. I was pleased to discover that the hotel is also close to the monorail, which made transportation incredibly convenient. The staff at this hotel were attentive, helpful, and considerate, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
